By accessing or using AgilityEurope ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgilityEurope is an independent information aggregator that compiles publicly available data about dog agility competitions across Europe. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any agility federation, kennel club, or governing body.

All event data, judge information, and venue details are sourced from publicly available websites and directories. We do not organize, manage, or take responsibility for any competition listed on this platform.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

AgilityEurope is an independent platform. References to federations, clubs, or organizations are for informational purposes only. We do not:

  • Act on behalf of any federation or organization
  • Process registrations or entries for any competition
  • Guarantee the accuracy of event details (dates, locations, judges)
  • Have any official relationship with the organizations whose data we aggregate

For official information, always refer to the original source or the organizing federation.

4. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or correct. Event details may change without notice. Users should verify critical information (dates, locations, registration deadlines) with the official organizer before making travel or registration decisions.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on information displayed on this platform.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

6. User Content

Users may submit event information, reviews, and other content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify such content in connection with the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you post and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The AgilityEurope platform, including its design, code, and original content, is protected by copyright. The aggregated data remains the property of its respective sources.

We acknowledge the intellectual property rights of all data sources. If you believe your content has been used inappropriately, contact us at legal@agilityeurope.com.

8. Database Rights

The AgilityEurope database is protected under the EU Database Directive (96/9/EC). Extraction or reutilization of a substantial part of the database without our consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any)
  • We are not liable for damages arising from competition cancellations, schedule changes, or incorrect information

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgilityEurope and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
