2. Purpose of the site

Under the AgilityEurope brand, the site provides: (a) information services about the sport of dog agility (European competition calendar, directory of clubs, judges and venues, content and results); and (b) an online classifieds marketplace for second-hand agility-related goods (obstacles, equipment and trailers), together with ancillary payment intermediation and transport arrangement services.

3. General conditions of use

Access to and use of the site implies acceptance of these conditions and of the Terms and Conditions published on the site. The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the site or any of its content at any time and without prior notice where justified on technical or legal grounds.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All site content (texts, design, logos, source code, databases, graphics) is owned by the Owner or its licensors and is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without the Owner's express authorization is prohibited.

User-contributed content (listings, photographs, texts) belongs to its respective authors, who grant the Owner a non-exclusive licence to publish and disseminate it through the site.

5. Liability

The Owner is not responsible for user-published content, the accuracy of listings, or the agreements users reach between themselves, without prejudice to the diligence obligations imposed by applicable law on intermediary services (including Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, "DSA").

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the site shall be submitted to the courts that are competent under applicable law; in the case of consumer users, the courts of their place of residence.
