2. Data We Collect
2.1 Public Event Data
We collect and display publicly available information about agility competitions, including event names, dates, locations, and organizer details.
2.2 Judge Information
We display publicly available information about agility judges, including names, countries, and judging assignments.
2.3 Venue Information
We collect publicly available information about agility venues, including names, addresses, and facilities.
2.4 User Account Data
When you create an account, we collect: name, email address, and optionally your country.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process data under the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Spanish LOPDGDD (Ley Orgánica 3/2018):
- Legitimate Interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): Processing of publicly available professional and competition data for creating a comprehensive agility calendar.
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): User account creation and marketing communications require explicit consent.
- Contract Performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): Processing necessary to provide services requested by registered users.
4. Data Sources and Scraping
We collect data from the following public sources:
- Official federation websites (RSCE, CNEAC, KC, ÖKV, etc.)
- Public competition calendars and results
- Public judge directories published by federations
- Community submissions from registered users

5. Payments, transport and tax records
Payments on the Marketplace are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Buyer funds are held by Stripe until delivery is confirmed, and the Platform deducts a 6% fee (VAT included, see Terms) from completed sales. Seller identity and bank details for payouts (KYC) are provided directly to Stripe. Transaction, fee and payout records are kept for 6 years as required by the Spanish Commercial Code and tax law. For the transport arrangement service, the delivery address and contact details are shared with the partner carrier solely to perform the requested shipment.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing
